Privacy Policy - the basics

It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy. 

 

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

Child Safety & Media Policy

MV JR. Wildcats is dedicated to providing a safe environment for all athletes and youth participants, both on the field and online.

  • Zero Tolerance: We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).

  • Official Organization Content: All photos, highlight videos, and organizational updates published on our website are managed and uploaded exclusively by authorized MV JR. Wildcats administrators. We do not permit public or third-party media uploads on our platform.

  • Protection of Athlete Media: We take care to ensure that all published team updates, athlete photos, and highlight videos adhere to youth safety standards and respect the privacy of our athletes and families.

  • Mandatory Reporting: In accordance with applicable laws, MV JR. Wildcats will immediately report any suspected child safety concerns or violations to local law enforcement and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
